Jessica Rush is a wife, mother of two boys, and a business owner. She is certified in various subtle and physical healing modalities and is a certified kundalini teacher. In 2011, she first encountered kundalini yoga and meditation, which inspired her to study extensively with her teacher Priya to learn the art and science of kundalini.

Kundalini yoga and meditation is a practice that allows for direct re-connection with oneself. It is a lightning-fast way to cut through anxiety, depression, and other low-frequency states and tap into one's abundant natural energy. Jessica's classes are designed to be enjoyable, focus on the physical body, and provide students with tools that can be applied daily.
