Jessica Rush is a mother to two boys, wife, business owner, certified in various subtle and physical healing modalities, and certified kundalini teacher. 

Since her first encounter with kundalini yoga and meditation in 2011, Jessica has since studied extensively with her teacher Priya to learn the art and science of kundalini.

Kundalini yoga and meditation is a lightning-fast practice for directly re-connecting with who you are, cutting through anxiety, depression, and other low-frequency states, and freeing up your abundant natural energy.

The classes are fun with an emphasis on the physical body and focus the mind to provide a variety of tools that you can apply to your daily life.
